I have been searching for the elusive conservative organization that stirs racist ideologies in with conservatism. I have found it in the form of the Council of Conservative Citizens.

This article will discuss the Council’s statement of principles, which like the most famous of deceits uttered in the garden of Eden, contains truth, albeit, mixed with several drops of arsenic, which, if propagated, will marginalize, racialize, and subvert true American beliefs and values. Each number in the following article corresponds to the number of the principle being discussed.

1. Partially true. The US was indeed founded on Christian principles. Religious tests for office are illegal, while it would be ideal, and indeed essential for the long term survival of a republic for all politicians to rule based on Christian values,  it would be impossible and illegal to demand that everyone adhere to the faith. That said, even the few Deists among the founding fathers stressed the value of Christian moral virtues.

2. Completely false. The United States became the United States by breaking from the European powers. While the founding fathers were Europeans, the succeeding generations of Americans are not, save those immigrants who continue to immigrate here. Europe is well advanced in its secularism and political correctness, and this is an anathema to many Americans. Contrary to their professed horror, for most of America’s history, we have had a non-European majority. Anyone born on this soil is American, not European, not African, not Asian, not South American. The continuation of such hyphenization is one of the main confusions of liberalism, and it will have the same affect on conservatism if it ever becomes accepted there. It is groups like this that seek the creation of racist policies under the guise of fighting illegal immigration. They would have no immigrants. The threat to America is *NOT* a “non-white” majority, but rather a proliferation of ignorance, moral relativism, socialism, and apathy.

3. True. Any lover of freedom will oppose the socialist utopia and anti-freedom agenda of groups like the United Nations.

4, 5. True. A limited, constitutional government is essential to freedom, and to ensure that the wages of hard work belong to the people who are doing the work, and not to support a massive bureaucracy.

6.  Some really strong truth mixed with a hell-inspired doctrine. Preserving the traditional family, opposing sexual perversions, opposing pornography, and preserving parental authority are very good and worthy goals. However, especially for a group claiming Christian heritage, there is absolutely no biblical (or scientific basis) for the separation of the “races.”

God’s Word says:  [God] hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation (Acts 17-:26)

God defends Moses against racial antagonists (who’s racism was merely a mask for their animosity towards Moses): And Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married: for he had married an Ethiopian woman. And they said, Hath the LORD indeed spoken only by Moses? hath he not spoken also by us? And the LORD heard it.

(Numbers 12:1-2)And the anger of the LORD was kindled against them; and he departed. And the cloud departed from off the tabernacle; and, behold, Miriam became leprous, white as snow: and Aaron looked upon Miriam, and, behold, she was leprous. And Aaron said unto Moses, Alas, my lord, I beseech thee, lay not the sin upon us, wherein we have done foolishly, and wherein we have sinned.

7.True, with one notable exception: if this nation continues to have welfare programs, then those programs should be available to those who are here legally, regardless of whether or not they are natural born, or naturalized.

8. 2/3 true. Given that there is only one race (human), racial “integrity” makes no sense. The values and culture of America have been perpetuated by men and women from every corner of the world, who came here and embraced her. Likewise, people born here, and people of European descent have done much to destroy the culture and values of this country. To denigrate, or deny the American identity to a patriot because of skin color is sick and perverted, and contrary to the proposition that “all men are created equal”.

9. Mostly true. Foreign aid could be best conducted by private organizations that have a vested interest in, and love for, the peoples of the world. Government aid programs, usually funneled through the slow moving and bureaucracy-expense laiden United Nations, are wasted and distributed to and by the local tyrannical government, thereby helping a minimum of people. By allowing private/religious groups to engage in foreign aid, more efficient channels of distrubution can be found, and the cause of liberty can be strengthened worldwide.

10. Mostly true (see above about effective foreign aid). Also, this point contains a provision specifically designed to eliminate the special relationship between the USA and Israel. There are nations who’s security is in the best interest of Freedom, and Israel is one of those.

11. True, any nation should protect its interests and its people.

12. True, in most parts. Traditional education centering around reading, writing, arithmetic, the government and Constitution should form the basis of education. The study of current events, world history, and other languages and cultures should be available. No government funded school should be race-based. The Declaration of independence, and the Constitution’s rights and freedoms should be celebrated by all Americans, for it was these documents that sowed the seeds of the end of state-mandated racism, which was a gross violation of those founding principles.

13. Mostly true, however rehabilitation does have a place, and should be administered by private organizations. Not every criminal is hardened, and while justice should never be denied for dubious reasons, there is a place for mercy.

14. No arguments here.

Its amazing how a ‘little’ bit of racism can spoil a whole organization. What is even sadder is if this toxin is attributed to the Christian community or Conservative community at large. To do so is as much of a moral ill as the propagation of racism or any other sin.
