Why Obama released his birth certificate now

Obama has fought now for years to keep personal documents relating to his birth and education secret, spending a substantial amount of time, effort and money to do so. What has happened since the last presidential election that has changed his mind?

The political environment is different. The unpopular and unconstitutional legislation being discussed is no longer Bush’s, it is his own. His precurser to an open nationalized healthcare system (obamacare), his quiet reauthorization of the Patriot act, and his push for carbon taxes (cap and trade) has drained enthusiasm from the independents, and his vaunted internationalism has alienated the US in the world, even among our closest allies. His lips speak of austerity, but his budgets hemmorage more red ink with each passing year.

Also different is the loudest voice demanding it’s release: none other than progressive insider turned tea partier Donald Trump. Trump has been loudly shouting about the birth certificate and apparently Obama has capitulated, releasing what is allegedly his long form birth certificate. Why? Because ‘The Donald’, unlike early ‘birthers’ such as Jerome Corsi, has no concern for the constitution or reducing the size and scope of government.

Just last year, his donations to Harry Reid helped topple tea party favorite Sharon Angle, and his substantial donation to Rahm Emmanuel’s campaign made it in just in time to avoid new campaign contribution limits in Chicago this year.

I believe that Obama has done this for two reasons. First, to nudge conversation away from his unconstitutional agenda and redirect media attention to his birth certificate. Second, Trump is a perfect opponent. His practical differences of agenda with Obama boil down mostly to some good rhetoric, especially in light of his substantial decades-long support of open progressives and a few rinos. In his book, he extols universal government healthcare which means that, like Romney, his purported critique of Obama’s government run health care plan falls a little flat. This in addition to Trump’s own ‘soak the rich’ plan and his eager use of eminent domain to have the government do his dirty work. In short, Trump is a big government progressive and thus giving him some power and attention will do nothing to harm Obama’s agenda. And as a bonus to Obama, Trump will draw away those tea partiers more interested in a personality to clash with Obama in a beautifully choreographed dance and a few strategically placed profanities than in substantial policy differences. These are the so-called tea partiers who snarl and call you an Obama supporter for daring to criticize their favorite (pseudo) Conservative Idol.

The irony of this is that only a couple short years ago, it was Obama supporters showing the exact same mentality in their deflection of all criticisms of their so called chosen one.

The fact of the matter is that Obama’s eligibility for the presidency is an issue, and he should be vetted for such eligibility prior to the 2012 elections (just as moderate McCain was in 2008). However, when it drowns out discussions of other more dangerous unconstitutional power grabs, it aides and abets the progressive cause.

The bottom line is this: if a president Trump or Romney gets the tea party excited, then the movement as it was founded has already failed and its founding principles have been abandoned as surely as the government has abandoned the Constitution.

My brother’s keeper?

There has been much said about being your brother’s keeper. but most of all, everyone wants everyone else to be “their brother’s keeper. The president said it repeatedly during the 2008 campaign. A current contemporary Christian song even includes this chorus:

Love, will, hold us together
Make us a shelter
to weather the storm

And I’ll, be, my brothers keeper
So the whole world will know
That we’re not alone

It sounds really good, but what does it mean to be “your brother’s keeper?” Is it necessary to be your brother’s keeper in order to be a good Christian? Was not being his brother’s keeper Cain’s sin? Here is a portion of the exchange Cain had with God:

Genesis 4:5-9  But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.  (6)  And the LORD said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen?  (7)  If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.  (8)  And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him.  (9)  And the LORD said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother’s keeper?

Cain answered God with a lie and a question, “Am I my brother’s keeper?” As if the answer to the question was obvious. Abel was a full grown man. In fact, Abel himself was the keeper of the sheep, according to Genesis 4:2. He was the keeper of his sheep. As such, it was his duty to control and provide for the sheep, regulate their diet, their rest, their daily lives. Likewise, a parent is a child’s keeper. This is exactly why we do not want a government to be “our brother’s keeper.” The keeper controls the lives of those kept. Children are kept because they cannot provide for themselves and lack the knowledge to make daily decisions. Sheep are kept because they can never have such knowledge. God does not command us to be our brother’s keeper. People enjoy bashing Cain for that response. But the fact is, he was right. However, he only asked the question in an attempt to redirect God’s attention. God, however, was not deterred, knew where Abel was, and focused like a laser on Cain’s real sin:

Genesis 4:10-11  And he said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother’s blood crieth unto me from the ground.  (11)  And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother’s blood from thy hand;

Cain was a murderer. He was not found guilty of  “not being his brother’s keeper,” he was found guilty of murder. This also shows how jealousy bears hate and can produce murder if not repented of and forsaken.

This is why when Obama says ” we are our brother’s keeper, we are our sister’s keeper” he is completely wrong. Neither he nor the government is our keeper, or should be our keeper. To the Christian, God is our keeper. He provides what we cannot (salvation in Jesus Christ), he knows what we do not, and he provides us through his word the rules for living a prosperous and godly life no matter what happens in the world around us. He provided for the Israelites when Egypt was their keeper. He will provide for us if we have the unpleasant experience of the federal government becoming our keeper. His faithfulness in doing so is demonstrated throughout the scriptures in his frustration of the evil plans of tyrants and kings (whether Haman or Nebuchadnezzar or Saul or Jezebel).

Obama, telling how “we are our brothers keeper,” of course its all through the government, a “benevolent, all powerful government, with the power to redistribute wealth to whom it will, and drain it from whom it will. The government is not my family, nor is it my keeper. it is merely supposed to uphold the rule of law, ensure justice and defend our rights and freedoms.

Obama tells you Government is your keeper. The Federal Government needs to give you a job, insurance, education. The government is your keeper…

This artist wants to be your keeper, but he really wants Obama to be all our keepers… :/

Owe No: An Anti-Tea Party Trojan Horse

There is a glitzy high dollar campaign running now featuring a spoof presidential candidate “Hugh Jidette,” A play on the words “Huge Debt.” The thrust of the campaign is to draw attention to the mounting national deficit and to then offer “solutions” to the impending crises. It all looks and sounds really good… on the surface. But upon closer inspection, the message which seems tailored to the current tea party angst that recently swept many long time progressives from office (including establishment liberal republicans in the primaries).

The “owe no” campaign featuring Hugh Jidette is NOT a conservative campaign. It is not a “tea party” campaign. It is new, quasi-conservative rhetoric surrounding an old-fashioned false-face defense of both old progressive programs, and the recently enacted ObamaCare legislation. Its purported solutions will do nothing to decrease either the deficit or the size and scope of the federal government. Hence, it will also do nothing to decrease the size of the federal budget.

Update 11-23-2010: OweNo is a  project of the Peter G. Peterson Foundation. The Peter G. Peterson Foundation is chaired by its namesake, who happens to be chairman emeritus of the Council on Foreign Relations, or CFR for short. The CFR is a powerful thinktank that advocates internationalist and progressive causes, which are often intertwined. The Owe No campaign has been designed by the progressive Peter G. Peterson to direct Tea Party energy towards actually supporting the very things the Tea Party Movement is against.

The way the “Solutions” section is organized reveals the progressive nature of the “Owe No” campaign, which sees only four sections to the federal budget: Defense, HealthCare, Social Security, and “other.”

Here is what OweNo says about defense:

America’s military is the strongest fighting force in the world. And it should be since the United States spends more on defense than the next 14 countries, combined. We can develop a defense budget that protects our nation against our most important threats in an affordable way. Reviewing our priorities and making responsible choices can generate significant savings, while also maintaining national security and an important role for the U.S. in the world. An over-bloated defense program that adds to our debt burdens and hurts our economic future is certainly not good for national security.

Possible changes to our defense budget include: eliminating costly weapons systems, reducing troop deployments overseas, lowering the number of nuclear weapons, and reforming military pay and benefits.

While there is clearly value in reducing foreign commitments, There is no value in eliminate weapons or reducing America’s arsenal. The destruction of, or forfeiture to international control of America’s nuclear arsenal is ironically, something that Communists have pursued for decades. Further, is the pay for the men and women who serve us with their lives really the place to start cutting the debt? It is if you desire a weak US and demoralized army, something that progressives desire, as they would much rather see an empowered UN serving as the ultimate Big Brother with full power to regulate and tax and control nations, communities and individuals. The CFR supports global government as built on efforts to curtail carbon, as well as the accompanying redistribution of US wealth to other countries. Given the source of the Owe No, campaign, it can be expected that it will not take a constitutional conservative position on domestic issues either and, as it turns out, it doesn’t.

Here is what they say about Healthcare. It is interesting how similar some of it is to Obama’s rhetoric and how they ignore the elephant in the room, that is the federal government paying for healthcare:

Healthcare represents 44% of projected federal spending by 2040, and is the largest and fastest growing fiscal challenge. The federal government spends money on healthcare through various programs such as Medicare, Medicaid and insurance for government employees.

The U.S. spends twice as much per person on health care than most other countries, but our results are no better. The rapid growth in healthcare costs has placed a huge burden on families, businesses and the federal government. If we don’t take action soon to change these trends, health care costs will lead to more and more borrowing and leave fewer resources for our economy and our daily lives.

In order to address this important component of our fiscal challenge, we need to lower healthcare spending, and particularly to slow the growth in these costs. However, we all want to maintain high quality care for Americans and avoid making changes that would result in poorer health. Therefore, we need to get more “value for our money” in healthcare — spending less, while achieving better health. Options to consider include: developing best practices, promoting wellness, reforming the payment system (so that it rewards good patient outcomes rather than simply tests and services), reforming medical malpractice laws, and using technology to improve efficiency.

Our results are no better? Is that why Canadians come here to get treatment? They don’t even take issue with the federal government choosing what constitutes “best practices” and “promoting wellness” and seizing control and telling doctors and hospitals what they MUST charge? You will notice also, that they have no problem at all with “Obamacare.” In fact, they recognize healthcare as a federal responsibility:

As a nation, we need to work together to make this system more efficient, so that we can put America on a better path, both fiscally and for our health.  There are many ways that we can make our healthcare system more efficient and effective. SOURCE

They even lift Obamacare’s “patient outcomes” payment method, where the number of tests and procedures doesn’t matter, but only vaguely defined “outcomes.” How can this result in anything but less tests and procedures being done? Notice also how they talk as if  “the healthcare system” is a single entity that is to fall under the control of the federal government.

Adopting better ways to organize the healthcare system, so that doctors and hospitals are helping to lower costs.  For example, paying hospitals based on good patient outcomes rather than the number of tests and procedures and encouraging integrated groups of providers who can better coordinate care at a lower cost . Here is what they say about Social Security:

Social Security is an important program that is part of the fabric of the America. We must ensure that Social Security is available for future generations. Without reform, Social Security’s shortfall will grow larger and larger until the program will simply be unable to pay full benefits to future retirees. By acting sooner rather than later, needed reforms can be phased in more gradually, giving people time to plan for retirement years. Reforms can also be implemented in ways that protect the most vulnerable. Options to address these shortfalls include: raising the retirement age gradually, reducing the automatic growth in benefit payments, and increasing the amounts collected from workers.

Real world translation: You will pay more and wait longer to get less, INCREASING YOUR SS TAX! Please pass this on and let people know this “Owe No” campaign is BOGUS. It is progressivism sprinkled with conserva-speak. If there was any grain of conservatism in this, they would put a ‘phased withdraw from Social (in)security on the table and let people take back their own money and prepare for their own retirement. Protecting the most vulnerable means that some will pay in more and get fewer “benefits,” that is, less of their own money back. In other words, Obama’s wealth redistribution program. Social Security is an unjust program that robs people and provides meager return. A phased withdraw from forced retirement programs would be the best course of action. Falling somewhere in between would be the transformation of Social Security into actual private accounts that you could track and pass on to your children or spouse or whomever your will designates WITHOUT restriction or limitation.

Here is what they say about the “other 21 percent” of the federal budget. (As if this is insignificant).

Making changes to defense, healthcare and Social Security will help us reduce our debt and also leave money to fund other critical responsibilities and make important investments in our future. But there are also opportunities to save money in the remaining 21% of government spending, which includes things such as agriculture, transportation, homeland security, education, unemployment benefits, national parks, international relations, and the operations of government. All of these areas need to be reviewed so that we can find savings and reduce wasteful and ineffective activities.

Things like FEDERAL funding of education, unemployment benefits, international relations (foreign aid?) need to be seriously debated and then not just reduce waste or eliminate “ineffective activities” but completely eliminate ALL unconstitutional funding and programs from ALL areas of the federal government.

Then if you still think “Owe No” might be serious about fiscal conservatism and constitutional government, they also support energy taxes, IE cap and trade!

Options to consider include: making our tax system less complicated, increasing rates for individuals and/or corporations, eliminating or scaling back tax deductions, introducing new taxes (for example on energy or consumption); reducing corporate taxes and replacing them with others, improving tax collection and prosecuting tax cheats.

The Peter G Peterson Foundation (PGPF) is the money behind the OweNo Campaign, and here is an interesting exert from their official press release:

Have you ever known MTV to be involved with anything beyond “progressive” politics?

The Concord Coalition likes Obamacare’s special tax on good healthcare plans, and seems to generally like Obamacare, even offering their subtle suggestions for “improving” this onerous government intrusion. Link (scroll to end of article for their suggestions).  Notice throughout the article a general lack of concern about the Constitutionality of the law, and their naive faith that the law is as its strongest proponents suggested it was.

The most obvious benefit of either bill is that they would expand health insurance coverage to almost all Americans. According to CBO estimates, the House bill would expand coverage from 83 percent of the legal nonelderly population in 2010 to 96 percent by 2015. The Senate version would expand such coverage to 94 percent by 2016.

The revenue package in the Senate bill holds more promise to reduce the deficit than the House version because the Senate bill’s largest component — the excise tax on high-cost insurance plans – will better keep pace with the growth rate of health care spending, and will also work to lower health care costs.

A tax base that includes health spending. Taxes on this base allow revenues to grow at approximately the same rate as expenses. Taxing employer-provided health benefits (which are now exempt from the federal income tax) is one example of a revenue source that will keep pace with the costs of health care. As an added benefit, such taxes further the reform goal of letting consumers see a truer price of health care — thus working to hold down spending.

Taxes not limited to a very narrow segment of the population. Limiting tax increases to only the very richest households means that marginal tax rates on such households would likely rise substantially compared with a tax increase levied on the broader population. Not only does this increase any adverse effects of the tax on economic incentives, but it raises a potential political challenge as one small segment of the population is asked to pay for the benefits that go largely to others. Broadly based tax increases, even if they remain progressive, spread the notion that all must contribute something for government benefits — imposing an important breaker against “free lunch” spending giveaways.

“A New Era of Cultural Insensitivity.”

President Obama was hailed by his proponents as the herald for a new era. In a world that was said to be reeling from the “cultural insensitivity, ignorance, and foot-in-mouth syndrome” of previous President George W. Bush, Obama was presented as a culturally sophisticated, globe trotter who would “repair America’s image abroad.” As we have seen over the past two years, however, it has been almost exactly the opposite. Whether it was jumping in before knowing all the facts and declaring that the “cops acted stupidly” or his eloquent declaration that people were “wee-wee’d up” or bowing way too low to foreign leaders, he has finally shattered forever any record liberals may have claimed for Bush’s cultural insensitivity.

The President apparently cannot discern between Koreans and Chinese, and apparently thinks that they would not be sophisticated enough to send reporters that can speak other languages to an international press conference. It is utterly embarrassing. It is clear that the Korean press does not have a question, or does not wish to ask one, and after an appropriate interval, the Chinese press wants to ask a question. First the President assumes the individual is Korean, then he assumes that he cannot speak English, and he stresses throughout that he really doesn’t want a question from the Chinese press. This after it almost seems the Chinese stepped up to clear the deathly silence that was hanging over the audience as the president waited for someone to respond to his request for a question. It is ironic that the President would be so condescending and insulting to an individual representing the country to which he owes (and unfortunately our great-grandchildren too, though not by choice) so much for funding his and the progressive congress’s wild deficit spending sprees.

I find this particularly important because this was the one thing Obama was really supposed to deliver that was non-partisan. Instead he has insulted all of Asia, and those Americans who are paying attention to how our country is continuing to be represented abroad.

Sherrod Brown, YOU LIE!

I am responding to Sherrod Brown’s letter in today’s edition of the USA Today blasting the tea party.

I am ashamed this man is “representing” me in the senate… Lie after lie spills from his mouth as he seeks to bolster the image of progressivism. He neglects in his brief “history lesson” to mention that progressives helped elevate eugenics to public policy, that the last remaining klansman in federal office, Byrd died in office only this year, that his party fought against both abolition and ending Jim Crow. He neglects to mention that progressives elevated Margaret Sanger’s RACIST eugenics project planned parenthood, which has decimated the Black population, which was actually far short of  her original intent. Progressive ideologies have wrought nearly insurmountable debts and deficits. I also don’t understand why he doesn’t thank the progressive elements in the Republican party (also known as RINOS) who not only defended progressive federal departments from the “Contract with America,” but exploded their size and budgets! And the worst elements to take place under the Bush presidency (bailouts and spending) were pages torn right from the progressive democrat’s playbook.

The mass movement of the tea party (and not the pseudo cons trying to co opt it ) wants to restore freedom and roll back the bogus “consumer” protections that will only serve to raise costs and reduce competition, EXACTLY like the so called health care reform, which we also want to repeal.

Sherrod Brown, it is you who does not like America. It is you who is mortgaging our future to build your “progressive” “working class paradise.” Like every other attempt at doing such a thing, whether in the USSR or in some South American countries, it will ultimately fail economically, and it will fail utterly at each of the promises it makes. Social Security? Medicare? Amtrak? Which of the extra-Constitutional big government elements do you want to point to that has actually come in under budget, and is not either hemorrhaging money or full of IOUs?

Sherrod Brown, you don’t fear big government because your at the helm of it. You don’t fear it because you haven’t heard the voice of LEGAL immigrants tell of the terrors of an absolutist states of all stripes. You must never have actually went to a tea party or a 9/12 meeting or even a JBS meeting. You have no clue from your position of prestige and power what us “little people” are thinking.

Sherrod Brown, you have no concept of separation of powers, states rights, or ANY constitutional law whatsoever, at least as far as your words and actions portray. If you do know, what a shameful and deceitful thing to knowingly violate the oath of office to “uphold and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.” Surely you know that not all enemies of freedom are external, and surely you know that not all of them fight with swords and bombs. Some fight with pens and some with congressional votes, railing against freedom and voting to surrender and turn over things that they have NO RIGHT to turn over or surrender or EVEN TOUCH!

Your leader has talked of the right side of history. You my friend, are coming down on the wrong side of history. You and your comrades are working to dismantle the safeguards our founders put in place to prevent Americans from being subjects again, to prevent our substance from being consumed and distributed by those who think they are so much wiser than us, so much more enlightened, so much more charitable. Indeed, there has never been a more noble band of thieves, for how easy it is to be charitable with the treasures and livelihoods of others! You should be reminded such thievery and schemes only work so long as there are other people from which to transfer wealth from.

So you keep fighting to build up ever more power for you and your comrades. Just don’t expect those of us to sit idly by and let your attempts to micromanage our lives go unchallenged. We will fight you on the battle field of ideas. We will advance freedom while you cling bitterly to your progressive schemes and hold your sham town halls. We will fight to give people the right to pursue happiness, without having some bureaucrat come along and STEAL that which they neither labored for nor deserve to give to those who neither toil nor deserve, in exchange for their votes bought with stolen goods. Sherrod you cannot multiply wealth by dividing it. Neither can you lift people up by keeping them in government dependence. I urge you to look into the life story of Starr Parker.

Sherrod Brown, it was people like you who weaned Americans off that spirit of rugged individualism; people like YOU that coddled and pushed and prodded to get them to take government subsidies. In short it is people like YOU who destroyed one of those things which made America exceptional, which made us so resilient as a people! All this while your ideological ancestors in the early 1900s worked to transform churches that preached individual salvation in Christ to a collective “social justice” salvation, and still others taught the founding fathers were rich elitists, that America was a democracy, not a republic, that the Constitution needs to change.

Sherrod Brown, you are ignorant of what the John Birch Society is. It was founded to help bolster the attack against what was then a growing threat of communism. Have you read the Communist press? Did you see the One Nation Working Together Rally’s list of sponsors, who all signed on to support “the change we voted for?” A veritable Who’s Who of openly communist organizations signed on as sponsors! And this is 2010! And they are standing with you and the president! And you say that we do not like America? Who was it that used fear of economic destruction to force “stimulus” on us? Who was it that used fear of “greedy doctors” hacking off extra body parts in pursuit of that “most evil thing of all,” profit? And the Communists and Socialists were there, cheering you on. Yes, Mr Brown, a person like you MUST hate and destroy groups like the John Birch Society and the Tea Party, they stand for everything you abhor: freedom, limited government, constitutional law; and fight everything you love: Unconstitutional entitlement programs and departments; and illegal laws that violate our Constitutional rights. You’re barbed attacks may well be self-defeating, as the Tea Party and 9/12 Projects and the Birch Society are working tirelessly (you might say community organizing if that makes it more understandable) to activate and educate voters in Ohio and across the country on Constitutional principles and that our unalienable rights are not granted from the government, but bestowed upon us by our Creator. Your attempt to deceitfully and ignorantly slander the JBS doesn’t have anything to do with the Constitution Party Candidate, Robert Owens, who stands poised to upend the status quo in Ohio does it? The JBS, tea party and the 9/12 movement share far too much common ground to be set against each other. Ohio will continue to organize, and it will continue to be to your detriment.

You, Sherrod Brown are a political heir to Woodrow Wilson and Franklin D. Roosevelt, the political figureheads who first helped to bring about “redistributive change” as a matter of federal policy. It was those figures whose domestic policy so arrogantly and deliberately stepped beyond the protective bounds of the Constitution, and politically beat into submission those who resisted (as the Supreme Court at the time did so valiantly until subdued). If left unchecked, Sherrod Brown, it is “proud progressives” like you and Mary Jo Kilroy who will preside over the demise of the Republic known as the United States of America. And that will definitely be the “wrong side of history.”

I hope you continue to cast your misguided stones, Mr Brown, for you are living in one of the largest glass houses in Ohio.

Social(Ist) InSecurity: A “reinterpretation” of Mary Jo Kilroy’s Huffington Post Article.

Social Security is an extra tax that will not provide any benefit for millions of Americans being forced into the Ponzai scheme too late. It is one of Washington’s sneakiest wealth grabbing achievements, this promise from one generation of greedy power grabbing politicians to the next that we will provide slush funds without accountability to those they perceive as being below them. Last week we mourned Social Security’s 75th year of sucking wealth out of the economy, and in commemoration I write this parody of Mary Jo Kilroy’s Huffington Post article, the one where she brags about the so called Medicare Pledge. In doing this, I committed to oppose all efforts to expand government redistribution or Ponzai schemes that would divert additional funds of private individuals to bureaucrats, or curtail constitutional freedoms– a promise I do not make lightly.

The day after Kilroy patted her ego, her opponent, non-communist Steve Stivers, unfortunately announced that he also opposes privatizing Social Security, not to mention phasing it out! You know, it would be great would commit to doing either thing which would return either total or partial control of our money back to us. Mary Jo Kilroy loves political doublespeak — saying one thing to the public and doing whatever you please because  you don’t think anyone else’s views matter because you’ve earned the right to ignore the Constitution and violate your oath of office, haven’t you Kilroy?

When you see Steve Stivers tell him to take an solid stand on privatizing (making it into private traceable retirement accounts) and/or eventually phasing out Social Security.

The truth is, Kilroy’s campaign is being bankrolled by those with ideologies that have waged a hundred year crusade to subvert individual freedom and limited government: the progressives and socialists — which as far as handing out bailouts and expanding government power “walk hand-in-hand with the worst aspects of the Bush Administration” — and Obama’s . Progressives are working overtime to make sure that their friend Kilroy goes to Washington, and we all know that when it’s time to vote, they’re going to call in their favors if their darling progressive of the 15th district ever hints that she is actually listening to the people instead of Obama and Marx and Engels.

Mary Jo Kilroy knows the rules of this game. She’s been playing it for 2 years. But this year these ties aren’t going to go unnoticed — and we won’t let him get away with trading away our Constitutional freedoms in dimly-lit rooms.

There is a way for Steve to show Mary Jo Kilroy that he doesn’t want to win and help Kilroy provide the the Socialists “Security” for their ” Ponzai Scheme benefits. If he really doesn’t want to win, as he says he does, he needs return all his donations so he can’t win because Kilroy hates the “right-wing special interests”  that are threatening our bureaucrats lust for power. Otherwise, he is seriously going to bury Mary Jo Kilroy. She better call George Soros…

Lead us not into damnation: Reflections on David Walker’s Appeal to the Coloured Citizens of the World

David Walker, (September 28, 1785 – June 28, 1830), saw in his day the utter wickedness of a nation that treated men as animals. His pamphlet, David Walker’s Appeal To the Coloured Citizens of the World, is a biting no-holds-barred attack not only on the institution of slavery, but on the Christian church which upheld and defended the barbarism. His anger towards white slaveholders and their enablers was rooted not in racial hatred, throughout he pleads for their repentance, but in righteousness. He believed that the continuation of the abomination of slavery (which included not only the actual bondage but forbidding those who were slaves from praying or worshiping the Lord!) would lead to the utter desolation and destruction of the United States of America. He plead for divine justice and was from all appearances an angry biblical fundamentalist screaming at the top of his lungs against an abomination that was spiritual, moral and political. Ever growing numbers of Americans accepted (whether directly from his pamphlet or the growing abolitionist movement it helped inflame) a call to repentance and arms against the abomination of slavery. Even then, America was on the brink of destruction, brother against brother and father against son, American against American. By heeding the call to repentance, America was spared, even though it was by fire.

God is not afraid to judge the nation that falls into gross sin and refuses to repent. Every man should TREMBLE at the thought of God’s justice and his high standard, so high that He had to send His Son to fulfill it that sinful man could gain salvation! We are a nation that shrinks back from judging ourselves, lest we appear “holier than thou.” David Walker was NOT AFRAID of MAN! He saw wickedness and condemned so harshly, that the slavers put a bounty on his head. He was unafraid to judge because, he knew that he would be judged in the manner in which he himself judged, and he judged with a righteous standard. Today we are so callous and so fearful to be labeled judgmental that we fail to tell even our friends when they slip into evil. EVIL will destroy a man! DO we not love our own friends and families enough to warn them of impending doom? God is not slack concerning his promise: you REAP what you SOW! Is it better to be warned in life, or in death, when the destruction is irreversible!

Our nation, under the “leadership” of Obama calls evil good and good evil. He issues proclamations dedicating entire months to exalting sexual perversion! Does not the Scripture say: Righteous exalts a nation but sin is a REPROACH to any people! WOE to them that call good evil and evil good!

Under his rule America, already a nation in debt, bends over backwards to spend us into bondage! Does not the scripture say that the debtor is SERVANT to the lender!

Under his rule and with the consent of congress, houses are devoured for a PRETENSE! The substance of the many is STOLEN and CONSUMED! By degrees is a FREE PEOPLE being led into BONDAGE! Our nation’s godly inheritance is being eaten up by VAIN and EVIL men. Like the Pharisees of old they proclaim their own goodness in the public square, but are inwardly sepulchers full of death! They commit THEFT in the name of CHARITY! They ignore the law and extend by their lust for power and greed the scope of government. They set taxes by a false balance to further enable THEFT. By LIES and DECEIT they create false disasters and through fear and ignorance lead people to trade their GOD GIVEN liberties for bondage. The UN, AL GORE, OBAMA, McCAIN, and even NEWT GINGRICH have bought into or peddled for filthy lucre the LIES of GLOBAL WARMING! Just LOOK at the SO-CALLED solutions offered! They all involve economic SLAVERY and ENDLESS government intrusion into our PRIVATE lives! Very little mention of GOOD STEWARDSHIP of the earth, which God gave us the authority OVER. We are not to be SERVANTS or SLAVES to the EARTH, but the earth was made FOR US! Howbeit that the very air we EXHALE, which is ESSENTIAL for plants should be labeled POLLUTION by vain men who PUBLISH LIES in lieu of the inconvenient truth that CO2 is beneficial and biologically ESSENTIAL for LIFE as it as been DESIGNED!

IRONICALLY, it is in the name of PRIVACY and LIBERTY that some of these same people peddle the BLOODY genocide that is Abortion! Obama is LOVED by Planned Parenthood, an organization that is swift to profit from hands that SHED INNOCENT blood! His rescinding of the MEXICO CITY POLICY enabled OUR money to go to the clinical SLAUGHTER of INNOCENT FOREIGN children. OBAMA has blood on his hands! As it is done to the least of these, will it not come back on our own heads? It is an abomination! God will not idle forever. How long will  he extend us grace to repent? HOW LONG? Did not the evil committed by IRSAEL’S ancient kings return upon the heads of the children of ISRAEL? For was it not them that wanted the king? They chose bondage, even though the WORDS of GOD’s OWN PROPHET told them EXACTLY what would happen! Men CHOSE bondage!

How were people so dense to support a man who wanted to FUNDAMENTALLY TRANSFORM AMERICA? Could they not see that the fundamentals of America consist in a basic belief in CHRISTIAN principles, in laws that protect the rights of individuals to life, liberty and property? In the rule of law? Deaf and dumb, like sheep before the slaughter, they fell for his nebulous promises, his call to make GOVERNMENT into GOD, to attempt to make everyone completely DEPENDENT on the GOVERNMENT for ALL THEIR NEEDS! Does not the Bible say that GOD will supply your needs? Is there not a faithful witness to EVERY GENERATION that feeds the POOR, cares for the SICK, and seeks out for the least of these? VAIN men that pledge to FEED ALL, CLOTHE ALL, PROVIDE ALL for ALL, heap unto themselves as near absolute power as mortals can obtain and then USE that power to oppress, to murder, to stamp out ALL DISSENT! Remember Hitler? Remember STALIN? PEACE BREAD LAND! Was the cry! From each according to his ABILITY, to each according to his NEED! Was that not the professed motto? How the fools followed after them, without realizing that most men are capable of producing above and beyond their needs, that a government which could enforce the maxim would be COMMITTING THEFT and oppressing the masses! By decree our current politicians seek to “spread the wealth around” namely from the people to the rulers. OBAMACARE does it, wall-street “reform” does it! the STIMULUS does it! McCain’s supplement bill will do it! HR2749 “Food safety enhancement act” would do JUST THAT!

We are forfeiting our GOD-GIVEN rights and turning all of our decisions over to others! Thou sluggard! Does government follow GOD? Is that the responsibility of GOVERNMENT? Nay, it is YOURS! You’re duty to make decisions for yourself! It is a duty, but it is also your RIGHT! Government says, thou shalt not eat salt or transfats, but thou mayest MURDER your CHILD! After all, the president doesn’t want his own children PUNISHED with a baby! Thou shalt buy healthcare, but thou shalt not own a gun to defend thyself! Governments at all levels have been given over to lavish corruption! Men of GOD have forsaken their duty to preach the FULL COUNSEL of GOD! To tell everyman thus sayeth the LORD! THOU SHALT BE SALT AND LIGHT IN THE EARTH! Not locked away in the stained glass worship center, but IN THE EARTH! We are to be IN IT not OF IT! Two totally different things! The gospel of salvation in Christ with it brings the POWER to transform lives! The power to FREE the drunkard from his drunkenness, to FREE the tax collecter of his wicked deceits, to LIBERATE the liar from his falsehoods!

SEE WHAT THE LORD GOD SAID would happen to Israel if they forsook HIM God is not only a God of blessings, but of cursings. Got HATES evil!

But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee: Cursed shalt thou be in the city, and cursed shalt thou be in the field. Cursed shall be thy basket and thy store. Cursed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy land, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep. Cursed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and cursed shalt thou be when thou goest out. God raised us up, a wretched and miserable people, from the bondage of colonization and oppressive rulership. Though not without sin, God shone favor on us as a nation, and lifted us up in the face of impossible odds! Through the shedding of blood, by God’s grace we overcame one of America’s greatest national sin: Slavery, whereby man was transformed into a barbarian APE without soul or worth to be trodden on by others no better (if not worse than he).

Irony has come full circle. Now, the INTELLECTUAL GIANTS of our day tell us we are monkeys! That we are nothing but animals, the insignificant consequence of a natural billion year accident! David Walker was indignant when the INTELLECTUAL GIANTS of his day declared that the men from Africa were akin to monkeys! The reasoning is the SAME! THE SAME! Bondage! Men are NOT FIT for SLAVERY: Men WILL NOT STAND for SLAVERY! They have no QUALMS about animals being enslaved or dominated! That is the EVIL behind this SCHEME! If we think ourselves to be mere animals, HOW can we COMPLAIN when we are treated like animals, to be led about by the nose? We are disestablished from our CREATION in the IMAGE of GOD and relegated to the image of beasts! WHAT of NATURAL RIGHTS then? THEY FORBID to discipline CHILDREN! They herd them into GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS to be taught there is no absolute truth, NO RIGHT or WRONG, that man is just an ANIMAL! Then, there is surprise when OUR CHILDREN ACT LIKE ANIMALS!

John Adams, George Washington and many other great leaders from the founding period KNEW that RELIGION and MORALITY were indispensable supports for SELF-Government, that if we lost those good things, we would be fit for nothing better than TYRANNY. Beasts CANNOT self govern. Do not those who are letting our cities and our people decay so miserably KNOW that? Could not TYRANNY be the ends to these perverse means of telling and training men to be as ANIMALS?

The LORD shall make the pestilence cleave unto thee, until he have consumed thee from off the land, whither thou goest to possess it. The LORD shall smite thee with a consumption, and with a fever, and with an inflammation, and with an extreme burning, and with the sword, and with blasting, and with mildew; and they shall pursue thee until thou perish.  (Deuteronomy 28: 21-22)

And thy heaven that is over thy head shall be brass, and the earth that is under thee shall be iron.  (Deuteronomy 28:23)

The LORD shall make the rain of thy land powder and dust: from heaven shall it come down upon thee, until thou be destroyed.  (Deuteronomy 28:24)

The LORD shall cause thee to be smitten before thine enemies: thou shalt go out one way against them, and flee seven ways before them: and shalt be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth.  (Deuteronomy 28:25)

And thy carcass shall be meat unto all fowls of the air, and unto the beasts of the earth, and no man shall frighten them away.  (Deuteronomy 28:26)

The LORD will smite thee with the botch of Egypt, and with the emerods, and with the scab, and with the itch, whereof thou canst not be healed.  (Deuteronomy 28:27)

The LORD shall smite thee with madness, and blindness, and astonishment of heart:  (Deuteronomy 28:28)

MADNESS! Has not our nation been smitten with madness and blindness! EVERY SIN has become a “disease!” Did not Tiger Woods go to sex THERAPY? Adultery itself is now a DISEASE, though our entertainment centers PUSH it as more of a NATIONAL PASTIME! LOOK at the philosophy of EVIL that provides the underpinning for utter MADNESS, as expounded by Chester M. Pierce, MD a PROFESSOR of EDUCATION and Psychiatry at HARVARD:

Every child in America entering school at age 5 is mentally ill because he comes to school with certain allegiances to our founding fathers, toward our elected officials, toward his parents, toward a belief in a supernatural being, and toward the sovereignty of this nation as a separate entity. Its up to you as teachers to make all these sick children well– by creating the international child of the future.

THAT is madness! That was all the way back in 1973, and we ARE REAPING the fruits of that kind of psychology. It is not about HELPING the mentally OPPRESSED, it is about DESTROYING what made this nation great, destroying the concepts of individual freedom, the foundational belief in GOD! WOE TO THEM THAT CALL GOOD EVIL! Dr. Pierce is a preacher of EVIL.

What basic psychological distortion can be found in every civilization of which we know anything? ENTIRE denominations wholly given over to the promotion and exaltation of sexuality, of worshiping and serving the CREATURE more than the BLESSED CREATOR! Churches that embrace and promote sexual perversion, gambling, adultery, greed, lust, and other wickedness while CASTING OFF the GOSPEL OF SALVATION in Christ Jesus ALONE, forsaking the call to RIGHTEOUSNESS and holy living! GOD IS HOLY! GOD IS LOVE, BUT GOT IS HOLY! God HATES evil!

CHRISTIANS, Americans, do not be deceived! Psychology is NOT a substitute for CHRIST, neither are drugs going to solve MORAL ILLS! Psychology considers belief in GOD himself a MENTAL CONDITION! It is insanity to BELIEVE IN GOD! How can anything built on such a foundation bring forth GOOD FRUIT?

We have SOLD our future generations into servitude! Vain and aspiring men have risen to power, and mean to bring us LOW! The borrower is SERVANT to the LENDER! How shall a FREE nation remain so when it begs the bread of its DEFICIT SPENDING from totalitarian nations? Does COMMUNIST CHINA embrace freedom? Is it founded in a belief that God CREATED man with INALIENABLE RIGHTS? Nay! It was founded in the opposite doctrine: that GOVERNMENT is the author of privileges that may be revoked without reason, though ostentatiously for “the greater good.” DISSENT is equaled to TREASON. And those who seek to worship the LORD in SPIRIT and in TRUTH are OPPRESSED mightily. We are NOT immune. For if we allow our nation to continue in the path it is taking, oppression WILL COME HERE! Do not be deceived, OUR LEADERS DO NOT HONOR GOD, how on earth do you expect them to HONOR a PIECE OF PAPER called the “BILL OF RIGHTS”. EVERY ONE of those rights is predicated on the belief that GOD is the AUTHOR of LIBERTY, of “inalienable rights.” THAT is what makes this nation a CHRISTIAN NATION! Not the establishment of a national church, NOT the mandating of a religious background, but the DEDICATION of this COUNTRY to GOD, in grounding the LAW of OUR LAND in the INALIENABLE RIGHTS granted man by GOD. ALLAH does not grant them! No OTHER GOD grants them. There is but one, and that is the GOD of the BIBLE! It is thus true that America is a CHRISTIAN nation! To FORCE religion would make us an UNCHRISTIAN nation: for even the prophet of GOD said, “CHOOSE this day WHOM YE WILL SERVE!!!!!” God HIMSELF PROCLAIMED it is the LIBERTY of MAN to CHOOSE whether to believe in HIM! Thus may compulsory or FORCED conversion be DAMNED as a doctrine of SATAN!

Fellow Americans, think that Government is your provider, to give you things which you have not worked for? Think you that it is your RIGHT to possess someone else’s goods? To seize from others SERVICES which they must provide you? The government becomes your master, for as certainly as it STOLE the substance which it gave unto you, it has absolute mastery over YOUR LIFE! YOUR CHILDREN! It is a deceitful snare, for you rejoiced in the fruits of another’s labor when they were provided to you, do you not think that there will be another to REJOICE when they are stolen again from you, who neither worked or sweated to gain them?

Moreover all these curses shall come upon thee, and shall pursue thee, and overtake thee, till thou be destroyed; because thou hearkenedst not unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which he commanded thee: And they shall be upon thee for a sign and for a wonder, and upon thy seed forever. Because thou servedst not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things;  (Deuteronomy 28:45-47)

Fellow Americans, are you serving the LORD with gladness? Are you practicing pure religion, tending to the fatherless and the widow? Do you lift up your voice in prayer for your nation, for the UNSPEAKABLE blessings even the LEAST among us in this nation have been granted?

Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee. You say that was ancient Israel! Is not God the same YESTERDAY, TODAY and FOREVER? If GOD punished EVIL in a NATION then, shall he not do it now? Jesus Christ came to fulfill the law, not to destroy it. Israel was led into bondage in Egypt, her greatness DESTROYED, her children seeking for a DELIVERER which came about only after great oppression! TAKE HEED AMERICA! Let us learn the lessons of HISTORY with diligence! Let us cast off ALL MANNER of EVIL from within our OWN HEARTS, that we may be able to see and remove the speck from our neighbor’s eyes, or the beams which BLIND our LEADERS! Per adventure God has not finished with America, let us PRESS FORWARD with resolve, let us STAY A COURSE of righteousness.

If we choose the LESSER of two EVILS, do NOT be deceived that some EVIL will CORRUPT as certainly as PURE EVIL! CHRISTIAN, be SALT AND LIGHT in the PUBLIC SQUARE. Pastor, PREACH with BOLDNESS and DO NOT fear the words of man! Were not the apostles BEATEN and forbidden of the authorities to PREACH the TRUTH? What would THEY have thought about a “tax exempt status?” What DOES GOD THINK when a man of God WITHHOLDS from preaching the WHOLE COUNSEL of GOD for fear of what some bureaucrats or FALSE brethren think? False Shepard, preaching health and wealth, name and claim, I’m-ok-you’re-ok,  the social gospel! Joel OSTEEN! Rick WARREN! Read your Bibles! GOD IS RIGHTEOUS! PREACH repentance to your congregations! Preach Heaven AND HELL! Preach repentance! The Fear of the Lord is the beginning of Knowledge!

Why all this talk of churches and God? CHURCHES, the American REVOLUTION was STARTED by PASTORS, pulpits aflame with the WHOLE WORD OF GOD! Do you cower before man, or do you tremble before GOD? We OUGHT to SERVE GOD rather than man! Serving GOD has its eternal reward, fearing man will leave your works burned up and desolate before GOD’s alter! A godly nation exalts freedom, exudes freedom! Freedom under the atheistic Soviet Union? Communist China? North Korea? Freedom under Iran? Sure, if you’re willing to live in bondage as a dhimmi under Sharia LAW!

I WANT GOD TO BLESS AMERICA! But the sad truth is that if America fails to return to the GOD of her founders, the God that lifted her up, the God that is the Author and Finisher of our faith, then we will be given up to our own destruction. Time is VERY SHORT! REPENT and get to work! Pastor, take a stand! laymen, get involved! Be SALT and LIGHT in the public square! SEEK after office. Be a REAL public SERVANT, for God himself said, let he who would be GREAT among you, let him be SERVANT of ALL! Serve God with all your heart! It is different from being enslaved to man! Service to God is a CHOICE! Service to your country and her people is a CHOICE! Public Servant, FORSAKE false balances, deal with HONESTY! SAY WHAT YOU REALLY MEAN! Being in office does NOT mean forsaking your FAITH! Take a stand!

Let us declare this a day of Independence, remembering the SACRIFICES made by PAST GENERATIONS that we might have freedom from the bonds of tyranny and oppression. Let us also DECLARE this a day of Dependence, a firm reliance on Divine Providence apart from which we would be in bondage THIS DAY! And LASTLY, let us dedicate ourselves to serving God, and standing up and declaring our intent to be used of GOD to make a DIFFERENCE in the United States of America, to turn it back into a shining city on a hill, to restore God in our culture AND our pulpits. To, as a side effect of the multiplying of the gospel, return to office GODLY men, men who FEAR GOD, and will work honestly and fervently to turn the tide of OPPRESSION that is RISING in our GOVERNMENT more than at any point in our nation’s history, beside the bondage of slavery, which, if not HALTED will lead us into bondage.

May GOD SAVE AMERICA

Term Limits: a false solution to a serious problem

There has been much clamor for “term limits” to “throw the bums out” who are ruining our country. Did you know that we already have term limits? After FDR (definitely a “bum”!) passed away in the midst of his forth term in office, the constitution was amended to provide that presidents could only serve 2 terms:

Amendment 22 – Presidential Term Limits.

1. No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this Article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President, when this Article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this Article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.

2. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within seven years from the date of its submission to the States by the Congress.

Has this resulted in Presidents willing to “uphold and defend” the constitution of the United States?

The answer, of course, is a resounding NO! Bums get thrown out and replaced by bums, and the net result is new bums continue to pillage the constitution, and there are MORE retired bums on the federal retirement account! Term limiting out such people as Nancy Pelosi (who’s district is San Francisco) will only result in a near identical progressive clone to take her place. And we get to pay the salary for the new pelosi and the retired one! Double the waste for the same toxic ideology.

If anything, one could hypothesize that term limits result in even worse and less accountable politicians. Consider if Obama by some grave misfortune were to win a second term of office. That would be it. He would have no vested interest in even PRETENDING to care what the people said or thought (though he really doesn’t do that now). Now imagine a congress full of the people in there now with NOTHING to lose. It would create the truly perfect storm. They would have every reason to aid and abet the subversion of the law without fear of repercussions.

Even as we speak Harry Reid is getting closer to feeling the power of citizen induced term limits, aka the VOTE! Every 2 years for representatives and every 6 years for senators we ALREADY hold the power to THROW OUT those bums who are not representing us. We just fail to exercise it, voting in the same people and expecting different results. It is electoral insanity.

The heritage foundation, which does a lot of good, has come down on the wrong side of this matter, evident in the title of this article: “Term Limits: The Only Way to Clean Up Congress.” Term limits will only force old dirt out, while doing nothing to stop new dirt from coming in.

In short, term limits did not stop Obama from seizing the White House, nor will it stop progressives from continuing to stink up congress. Only an educated electorate can do that. The only thing they will give us is ever more retired politicians on the public’s tab…

Thank you, Obama!

Dear Mr Obama,

We the people would like to thank you for doing something that no president or leader has been able to do for decades. You have helped to organize a diverse community, young and old, black and white, rich and poor in a common cause: to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Thank you for taking such bold and brazen actions, you have pulled the wool off of the eyes of millions, who now see clearly for the first time that the liberties countless Americans have fought and died for are being taken away by those who have sworn a sacred oath to uphold and defend them.

Thank you for showing us the value of organizing, and we are organizing. Not to pit one class against another, but in the defense of our common liberty.

Liberty, not handouts is the birthright of every American. You have aided and abetted the largest expansion of government control since FDR instituted the New Deal. Though some scoff at the term, we will call it what it is: Socialism. It is the antithesis of what has made America great. The first pilgrims came to this country to flee tyranny and escape the hand of a government that would not let them worship according to the dictates of their conscience.

Today, we are standing in opposition to a government that is, by tax and inflation, seizing ever larger portions of our sustenance and consuming it on unsustainable programs, programs which are not only unconstitutional, but which only serve to consolidate power and enslave the poorest among us. Our forefathers would weep.

The founding generation took up arms to cast of a wild and unruly government that, after years of pleas and petitions, failed to recognize the inalienable rights of the colonists.

The citizens of America during the Civil War fought and died to rededicate the promise that all men are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights, Life Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. Life and Liberty are the same things we seek today, for all Americans.

We will continue this fight with the ballot and the pen. It does not take an Ivy League degree to run for office, to organize, or to understand the difference between liberty and tyranny. We pledge our lives, our fortunes and our Sacred Honor to work tirelessly to restore the Republic. Along with apathy, we cast off silence and inaction long ago.

They say you don’t know what you have until it is gone. We thank you for repeating time and again your intentions. We know now that they were not “just words.” You are “fundamentally transforming” America. The fundamental base of America is our Constitution. We do not want what you want- a constitution that tells “what the government must do on your behalf.” That is exactly what the Soviet Union had.

Thank you for showing us just how much we have in common, and for moving us to rally. We as Americans have broken out of our solitary apathy and started talking again, and realized that despite the attempts to divide us, whether by race or age or party, we have more in common than we ever realized before! Whatever parties we may be registered under, we are all proud members of the Party of No. No more deficit spending. No more violating our constitution. No more unfunded mandates. No more ABC bureaus or agencies. No more usurping our individual and states’ rights!

Thank you once again for serving as the tipping point which finally organized the American community to rally in defense of our God given rights embedded in our Constitution.

Our cause is just, and as our forefathers did, we place our firm reliance on Divine Providence. We want our country back, and we will gladly and thankfully let you keep your change in return.
